Hannah's methods may be harsh, but to these partners on a quest for perfection, "skinny is always worth it." While these girls only know each other online, their partnership in starving is strong. The two get closer, in a dysfunctional relationship that culminates in a disastrous night of antics in the city. Chase must realize that her social media celebrity idol Hannah is not really as strong as she seems online. But when your friendship is built on the values of pro-anorexia, "getting better" doesn't always mean what you think.
