Behind the True Story takes you behind the scenes of Vince Dixon's 'Sometimes I Imagine Your Funeral', a short film based on Vince and his real-life experience of losing his sister Lauren to an overdose. Crowdfunded by his community and the addiction recovery networks, Vince was able to bring together a team of Los Angeles-based and Indianapolis-based creatives to film in his home community of central Indiana. The short film follows Max as he processes how to eulogize his sister Chloe, an experience that mirrors Vince’s own.
